We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for most pieces in the shop. The flat fee applies to all of the pieces in your order so feel free to stock up 🙂 Larger, heavier pieces such as lamps and globes may be subject to an additional $5 handling fee and will be reflected in your order. These pieces may be sent via FedEx or UPS.
We are a small business and and try our best to practice fair pricing and shipping policies. In order to keep our pricing competitive and practice environmental integrity, we may reuse boxes and packaging.
However, we know that sometimes you want your package to look it’s best! We plan on offering gift wrapping very soon for an additional $3 fee. These packages will be sent with our signature wrap and handwritten note.
Because our products are one of a kind, we cannot accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or appears significantly different than advertised. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange to remedy the issue. You may be asked to send us a photo of the item.

Lost Item or Damaged Package
As a small business, we cannot be responsible for items after they leave our shop and do not provide replacements or refunds for lost items. We do provide tracking numbers for all orders. Please track your package and visit your carrier or local USPS office for information on a lost or package or a package that was damaged in transit.
